University Hospitals Sussex partnership events to help shape our Strategy
University Hospitals Sussex (UHSussex) is embarking on the development of a new Trust Strategy. As one of the largest acute trusts in the country, we need a strategy that helps UHSussex to contribute to local and national priorities and meet the needs of our patients and communities. We know that to do this successfully we need to listen and collaborate with as many people as possible.
To do this, we are holding a Big Conversation to help us connect with our partners, patients and staff. As part of this, we are holding four stakeholder events as set out below. We would be delighted if your organisation could join us at one of these events.

Each event will follow the same agenda.
These will be interactive sessions. They will provide an opportunity to network with fellow stakeholders, think specifically about the strengths of our partnership working at the moment and what gets in the way. This will inform the UHSussex Strategy for 2030 and make sure that we are working together to meet the needs of our communities.
Your participation will play a crucial role in ensuring our strategy is comprehensive, inclusive, and aligned with the broader health and social care landscape.
